Urban Farming Initiative in Detroit Hits a Snag

Hedge fund manager Mark Spitznagel’s effort to support urban farming in Detroit has hit a snag.  He brought 18 goats to abandoned homes in one of the city’s most blighted neighborhoods last week to eat overgrown grass. Now the state has stepped in, demanding he remove the goats by Monday—or else.
