Report: DEA Agents Found Negligent of Starving Detainee


A new report on a 2012 drug sweep in San Diego, Calif. found that four DEA agents saw or heard detainee David Chong over the five days he was held without food or water. Chong, who was caught in the drug sweep but never charged with a crime, later won $4.1 million in a legal claim against the DEA.
