Judge Napolitano: Saudi Arabia’s Threat Over 9/11 Senate Bill

April 18, 2016—Judge Andrew Napolitano, senior judicial analyst for Fox News, breaks down the latest on the political and legal battles emerging from the issue of the redacted 28 pages from a congressional inquiry into 9/11, allegedly connecting Saudi Arabia to the attacks.

“There is a movement in the Senate and it has support from everybody from Al Franken to Ted Cruz, from John Cornyn to Chuck Schumer. I’ve actually given you the four names of the people who have sponsored the legislation, and they rarely all agree on one thing, which basically says, if we can trace 9/11 to anyone in the Saudi government or any asset from the Saudi government, the courts can reach that asset,” Judge Napolitano said.

“So what is the Saudi government doing? Well they own real estate that you can practically see from where we are now. In order to prevent a federal court from seizing the asset so that it would be here to satisfy a judgment, if there is a judgment, they plan to sell the assets,” he added.
